Very informative. Seems the only tool to motivate City Government to adopt your recomendations would be lawsuits. You've got 300+ "injured parties" who were forced to relocate. Any plans for legal action?
Are you doing anything other than "hoping" to get them on the case? A coalition of the 300+ people who were forced to evacuate 'The District" would be a good constituency for a class-action suit. Nice job pointing out a problem. I'd love to see you apply your energy to writing the wrong that you have shined a light on.
